Microsoft, at its Wave 2, announced that it is bringing Copilot support to the Microsoft 365 apps. The company had first introduced Microsoft Copilot 365 in March 2023. Since then, it has been slowly rolling out Copilot-powered features within its suite of apps.

While it's unclear if mainstream PC users are actually using Microsoft's Copilot AI, the company claims that businesses using MS 365 Copilot are seeing plenty of benefits. According to a Microsoft survey,

The updates come amid complaints from some business customers that they have not seen enough value from Copilot so far.
