Despite costly turnover, Gophers up 14-7 on Iowa at halftime
After punting to end their first drive, Gophers quarterback Max Brosmer made a big mistake, throwing slightly behind his intended receiver, running back Darius Taylor, which resulted in an Iowa interception at the Minnesota 38-yard line. That proved costly as the Hawkeyes punched it into the end zone five plays later to take a 7-0 lead.
