This Saturday, November 16th, the firearm portion of the Missouri deer hunting season will begin. It is Missouri’s biggest hunting event of the year, with 500,000 hunters expected to take part.

A later season means a greater chance of snow and colder temperatures. Kessler says the timing also means a change in deer movement.
