PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police are investigating a fatal shooting in the Hazelwood Neighborhood. Just after 2 a.m. Saturday morning, officers from East Precinct responded to a report of a shooting inside an apartment near the intersection of East Burnside and Northeast 146th Avenue.
