Zach Bryan has had a rough couple of weeks in the headlines after his breakup with Barstool Sports personality Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPiglia, but the country music star did get some good news recently.

Zach Bryan has finally gotten some good news. The country singer, 28, will not face charges stemming from his arrest for obstruction last year. Craig County, Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Michelle Lowry told TMZ on Thursday that prosecutors agreed in May to defer filing charges against Bryan for a period of 6 months.

You likely remember the mugshot that sent shockwaves through social media, as well as the damning dash cam footage that made Bryan’s arrest rather understandable. Bryan put out an apology the morning after, saying that he let the emotions get the best of him, and that’s apparent when you look at the tape.
